Privacy policy

This policy covers the F1 Servers public website and the F1 Servers Mail Monitoring app, operated by F1 Servers. For privacy questions, contact support@f1servers.com. Separate hosting or email service agreements may describe additional processing for those services.

Information we handle

Google Postmaster data: domain names, registration and verification status, permissions, verification tokens, and aggregate traffic or compliance information available for connected domains, including spam rates and delivery-error rates.
Connection credentials: OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the Google connection. We do not receive your Google password.
Operational information: public DNS records, sending-server addresses, check results, alerts, and support correspondence that you provide.
Website requests: our servers may log IP addresses, request times, requested paths, response codes and browser information for security and troubleshooting. This site has no advertising, analytics trackers or optional tracking cookies.

The app's Google permissions do not provide access to Gmail message bodies, mail attachments or contacts, and do not permit sending mail from your Google account.

Why we use information

We use this information to register and verify managed sending domains, collect and interpret delivery statistics, check email authentication, notify authorised operators of problems, maintain the service, respond to support requests, and protect against misuse. We request Google access only for Postmaster domain management and read-only traffic statistics.

Google data and limited use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorised operations and support personnel and service providers working on our behalf to host, secure, store or process monitoring information. Operational tools may assist those personnel in analysing check results. Data is shared only as needed for these purposes, with your instruction, or when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents. We do not share it with unrelated parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own.

Storage and security

We use encrypted connections, restricted server access and a dedicated secrets manager for Google credentials. Monitoring records are held in our operational infrastructure and may be included in protected backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

Retention and deletion

We retain credentials while a connection is enabled and monitoring records for as long as needed to operate the service, investigate issues or meet applicable obligations. Current metrics are refreshed as new reports become available. Support records and backups may have different retention periods.

You can revoke access at any time in Google Account connections. Revocation stops further authorised Google collection but does not itself erase previously collected records. To request removal of the connection credentials or associated data, email support@f1servers.com. We may verify that you control the relevant account or domain before fulfilling a request. Data that must be retained for legal or security reasons is restricted, and backup copies are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle.

Your choices and policy changes

Authorising the Google connection is optional. You may request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, subject to applicable law. This service is intended for business operators, not children. We will post policy updates here with a revised effective date and seek renewed consent before using Google data for a materially different purpose.
