Terms of service

These terms govern use of this website and the F1 Servers Mail Monitoring app, operated by F1 Servers. Contact support@f1servers.com with questions. Separate written agreements govern any hosting or email services you purchase and take precedence where they expressly address the same subject.

The service

Mail Monitoring helps authorised operators manage Postmaster domain registrations and review available email-delivery, DNS and authentication signals. It is an operations tool with access arranged by F1 Servers, not a public sign-up service. Connecting Google grants only the permissions shown on Google's consent screen. Our Privacy Policy explains the related data processing.

Authorised use

You must have authority to manage each domain and account you connect. Keep your own credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us if you believe access has been misused. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, evading security controls, or interference with other systems.

Limits of monitoring

Reports may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and depend on third-party data sources. Monitoring results are informational and do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery, uninterrupted availability or the absence of abuse. Domain registration and DNS changes require the relevant administrator's authority. You remain responsible for decisions about your email and domain configuration.

Google and other providers

Your use of Google and other connected services remains subject to their applicable terms. F1 Servers is an independent operator and is not endorsed by Google. You may revoke the Google connection at any time through Google Account connections; features that rely on that connection will then stop working.

Access, charges and ending use

This website does not collect payments or create a paid subscription. Any paid services require a separate agreement. We may restrict or suspend monitoring access to protect systems, respond to misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. You can stop using the app and request disconnection or data deletion by contacting support.

Availability and responsibility

The website and monitoring information are provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not promise that they are error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes express commitments in a separate written service agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and publish the effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated to affected operators where appropriate. For support, access or privacy requests, email support@f1servers.com.
